Was the ending of death note really good?

I really didnt like the ending even though it was geting boring since L died and they brought like a little 3 year old to get Kira i dont think the ending was good at all because near should have died.

Yah i really think near should've died at the end.
i wasn't really impressed at the ending....i liked it how matsuda shot kira,
But i hated the fact that a child like near took down kira

It is lame how a like 5 year took out kira i mean maybe if it was L it would be ok but a little kid that was lame

yeah it wasnt good i would have prefered it if near died and light found out that misa commited suicide. and that him and mikibi were the last 2 cause takada died
