| I would have to say Sasuke because the level he is at in shippuden makes him better than Naruto. Plus Naruto said he wont use the 9 tailed fox again since he hurt sakura so he is at a big disadvantage because of sasukes cruse mark.  | |

| i will have to say naruto because the 9 tails can come out on its own without naruto using him and if the 9 tails gets to 4 tails sasuke will die | |
