sasuke did kill them itachi could of easy best him if you read the mange itachi partner says something is wrong with itachi his not fighting at full power itachi was test sasuke and if sasuke fail itachi was going to take his eyes but itachi seen that he could beat toby sorry cant remember his real name he seen you could beat him so he gave sasuke his sharigan eye attack that shots black fire
